Mark has been and active investor within the residential real estate industry since 2005. During this period Mark has deployed over $2 billion in capital to acquire commercial properties, single-family rental homes and vacant land. Over the course of his career Mark has successfully built and stabilized 3 businesses most recently Seagrape Capital focused on vacant land acquisitions, development and disposition.
Charmaine - Executive Assistant
Charmaine is a versatile Executive Assistant and Real Estate Specialist with a proven track record across land investing, healthcare, and e-commerce. Since joining the industry, she has become an expert in high-level administrative support and technical real estate operations, specializing in deep-dive due diligence, market analysis, and data scrubbing. She is highly proficient in industry-standard tools—including PropStream, Land ID, and various US-based GIS systems—to execute precise property valuations and lead generation. Beyond her technical research skills, Charmaine excels at managing complex executive workflows, recruitment, and CRM systems like HubSpot and Podio. With a proactive, detail-oriented approach, she ensures seamless operations and data-driven results for fast-paced real estate teams.
